GUIDELINES FOR A SUCCESSFUL BIRTHDAY PARTY

We have compiled the following guidelines to ensure your party remains as stress free and enjoyable as possible. If you require further information or advice, please speak with the manager on duty.

TIMINGS: We welcome the party parents arriving 5 - 10 minutes early to greet guests as they arrive. However, your guests will be unable to gain access to the play areas until your party time commences. We also ask that you vacate the play areas promptly when your party time expires.

SUPERVISION: You are responsible for the care and supervision of all your party guests. Please ensure you provide adequate adult supervision to achieve this.

PARTY CONFIRMATION: Please confirm numbers attending as close to the party date as possible. (A confirmation reference will be given). No Shows will be charged at £3 per head. Unconfirmed parties will be charged as booked.

CANCELLATIONS: The deposit you have paid is non-returnable. However, if you choose to cancel and we are subsequently able to rebook your slot, your deposit will be refunded. We can accept party postponements providing the rearranged party is held within 13 months of the original date. Party deposits cannot be assigned to a third party.

SPECIAL DIETS: We try to accommodate any reasonable dietary request, either for individuals or complete parties. If any of your party guests have a food allergy or intolerance we must insist on that child's parents visiting Rug Ratz at least 10 days before the party date to review food ingredients etc and provide any necessary disclaimer.

UNINVITED GUESTS: On occasion, parents of invited party guests pay for additional siblings to play for the duration of the party. Please note that this does not permit access to your party food and drink. Any non-party guest that is subsequently absorbed into the party will be charged to your final bill at the full rate. It will be your responsibility to ensure this does not happen without your permission. Play only guests are unable to attend Private Parties.

PAYMENT OF PARTY BALANCE: The final balance for your party together with any additional expenditure incurred e.g. Kitchen tab is payable at the end of the party. We accept payment by cash, cheque (supported by a valid cheque guarantee card) or debit and credit cards. (Fee payable on credit card payments).
